Welcome to SweepSignal. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SweepSignal website, dashboard, and related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by T&O Ventures Ltd. ("we," "us," or "our").

SweepSignal is an automated forex signal scanning tool that:

Monitors currency pairs for potential trading setups based on liquidity sweep patterns
Provides signal alerts via web dashboard and Telegram
Grades signals based on technical criteria
Provides suggested entry, stop loss, and take profit levels

Important: SweepSignal is an analytical tool only. We do not execute trades on your behalf, manage your funds, or provide personalised financial advice. All trading decisions are made solely by you.

2. Eligibility

To use SweepSignal, you must:

Be at least 18 years of age
Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
Not be prohibited from using the Service under applicable laws
Understand and accept the risks associated with forex trading

3. Account Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and complete information
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Promptly update any information that changes
Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Free Trial and Subscription

Free Trial: We offer a 7-day free trial for new users. No payment information is required to start the trial. The trial provides access to evaluate the Service before committing to a paid subscription.

Subscription Plans: After the trial period, continued access requires a paid subscription. Current pricing is displayed on our website and is subject to change with reasonable notice.

Billing: Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

5. Refund Policy

No Refunds: Due to the nature of digital signal services, all subscription payments are final and non-refundable. We encourage all users to fully utilise the 7-day free trial to evaluate whether SweepSignal meets their needs before purchasing a subscription.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Upon cancellation:

You will retain access until the end of your current billing period
No further charges will be made
No partial refunds will be provided for unused time

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Share your account credentials or access with others
Redistribute, resell, or commercially exploit our signals or content
Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the Service
Use automated systems to access the Service beyond normal use
Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service—including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, and the signal grading methodology—are owned by T&O Ventures Ltd. and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial trading purposes only.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

Merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
Accuracy, reliability, or completeness of signals or information
Uninterrupted or error-free operation
Results or outcomes from using the Service

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, T&O VENTURES LTD. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

Any trading losses you incur, regardless of whether you followed our signals
Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
Service interruptions, delays, or errors

Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless T&O Ventures Ltd., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

Your use of the Service
Your trading activities
Your violation of these Terms
Your violation of any third-party rights

12. Modifications to Service and Terms

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, if:

We are required to do so by law
We discontinue the Service

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
